Back to the gym.

Why do I have to choose the most demanding of all the sports to enjoy and try to get back into. What is wrong with me that I have to push me till I almost break. Went to the gym and started with something simple. Jump rope and push ups real easy I mean little girls with pigtails that should be on the Swiss miss box can jump rope all day. I guess a little girl could kick my butt all day long then. My shins are sore my rotater cuff feels like it is on fire and my trainer says I am doing good I don't feel it.

Please some one talk some sense into me. I am quickly approaching 40 with crushed vertebrate and two, yes two replaced knees. Someone talk some sense into me before I kill me.
