Credit Card Processing
I live in what could be the most backward place on earth. My local gas station still does not accept credit cards. We are living in a plastic card society. Between the ease of debit cards and the large amount of people who live on their credit cards it is almost suicide for a business today not to accept credit cards. merchant account is the web site that has the expertise along with the equipment you need to start processing credit cards from you customers. With this easy way of doing business and the security it provides any company would be silly not to add this to their store or place of business. Stop loosing income for your hard work get involved with merchant account you will be glad you did.

While credit cards and a "plastic society" are definitely commonplace, they are definitely big moneymakers for processors. Depending on the type of card, the processors take from 1.5% to 14% of the total amount charged. AND some don't allow an extra (separate line-item) charge to recover those fees. Therefore, vendors have to raise their prices. Some places will give a discount for a cash sale.
